Outreach Partners

ODCE partners with campus departments and community-based organizations to maximize resources and opportunities for lifelong learners while giving back to the communities we serve.
 

Our outreach partners include but are not limited to:

• Fostering Success: Fostering Success at the University of Arizona supports students who have been in foster care or struggle with homelessness. ODCE partners with Fostering Success by hosting a food drive for students and educating staff on the organization’s mission.
• CATalyst Studios: A student-focused makerspace available on the University of Arizona campus in Tucson, CATalyst studios offers equipment, workshops, and certifications in tools such as 3D printing, laser cutting, and embroidery. Available to all University of Arizona students, ODCE partners with CATalyst studios to record the division’s podcast DigiCats.
• UCATT: Supporting educators, the University Center for Assessment, Teaching, and Technology (UCATT) is focused on integrating technology in the classroom to provide the best educational experience for students. In collaboration with ODCE, UCATT ensures faculty are provided the opportunities to think creatively about teaching and learning.
• XR Collaborative: The XR Collaborative is a campus-wide consortium that brings together researchers and practitioners interested in immersive technologies developed by the UA Libraries in partnership with ODCE and UCATT.
